The World's most glamorous mother resplendent in diaphanous skirt and cuban-heel nylons. In Britain the childish media-phrase might be yummy mummy for such an exquisitely turned out young lady but in America, I believe, there is an altogether more unsavoury acronym which I won't dignify by inclusion in this post.
